Corona Del Mar Maternity Session
Earlier this year we met up with Alejandra and Jairo for their maternity session. I’ve always been friends with Jairo and we keep in touch on Instagram all the time. I met Alejandra for the first time for their maternity session in Corona Del Mar (Orange County), and we had an amazing time! We wanted to do a beach maternity session so prior to the session we checked the tides. Checking the tides so it coincides with sunset is very important. The best time to shoot is covered in this article here where we go into why sunset is the best. Once we walked down on to the sand we got started with a few basic maternity picture poses
Maternity Session Outfits
One thing we always recommend to our couples and for our maternities is bring options. It’s always better to have and not need than to need and not have. Luckily Ale and Jairo came prepared and halfway through their maternity photo session, they changed outfits. Not only did the outfits change, but the lighting also changed since we went from an afternoon maternity session to an early evening session. We want you guys to get as much out of your shoot as possible so bring outfits, props, whatever you want, that’s what we’re there for.
