One of our favorite city hall locations is Laguna Hills Civic Center. Not only is the location very pretty and there are plenty of options to shoot there, but right down the street there is also the beach for a secondary location. Within our city hall packages we have two options. One is shooting all at Laguna Hills Civic Center and the other is doing that shoot plus an additional mini session down by the beach. Our beautiful couple decided they wanted to include the second location (which we always love, because it gives you a lot more options). So after doing a small session at city hall, we got in our cars and headed down to the beach!
